Despite the uncertainties of the past two years, 73% of a representative sample of American workers, and 78% of retirees, recently told pollsters they’re feeling at least somewhat confident they’ll have enough money to live comfortably in retirement. Roughly one-third of these optimists are “very confident,” according to the Employee Benefit Research Institute’s 2022 Retirement Confidence Survey.
