In the first half of 2022, nowhere did homes sell faster than in the Northeast. That’s according to Realtor.com’s newly released annual Hottest ZIP Codes report, which is based on home listings in more than 29,000 ZIP codes. It shows homes in the 10 fastest-selling neighborhoods “sold in just over a week (8 days) and received nearly four times (3.7) more buyer views than a typical U.S. listing.”...
