In Florida, it is a tale of two condo markets. The Wall Street Journal reports that the average sales price of Sunshine State condo units built less than 30 years ago has jumped by 38% since 2020, according to a data analysis by brokerage ISG World. Meanwhile, units in complexes that are more than 30 years old have seen their values plummet by 12% in the same period.
