The spring housing market’s showing significant signs of strain. Existing home sales in April dropped to levels not seen for that month since 2009. Sales fell 0.5% from March to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4 million units, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). That’s a 2% decrease compared to April of last year, falling short of economists’ expectations of a 2.7%
